Cops: Investigations on man who arrowed dog complete, charges unlikely


SERDANG: Police doubt any charges will be brought against the man who shot two arrows into a dog outside his house in Taman Sinaran, Taming Jaya.

"He claimed it was in self defence, saying the dog was trying to enter the house and he did it to protect his children, ACP Abdul Rashid said on Friday.
