PETALING JAYA: PKR plans to establish a Higher Education Appeals Panel (PRPT) to assist lower-income students gain university admission and secure scholarships for high-achieving students who are overlooked after their SPM and STPM examinations, said Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin.
The panel, made up of PKR Youth members and volunteers, seeks to review Malaysia’s scholarship awarding system and higher education entrance requirements, said Sim at a press conference at the PKR headquarters on Wednesday.
