PETALING JAYA: A 23-year-old Libyan student plunged to his death after he allegedly attempted to climb from one balcony to another.
The deceased, identified as Abdalla Mohamed Kmashi, fell to his death from 13-storeys when he tried climbing to his girlfriend’s Taman Tun Dr Ismail apartment unit at around 7.40pm Thursday.
