Missing MH370: Bomoh's methods contradict Islam, says Jakim


PETALING JAYA: The bomoh (witch doctor) methods used to locate the missing MH370 flight clearly contradict Islamic practices, said Islamic Development Malaysia Department (Jakim).

In a statement Wednesday, Jakim director-general Datuk Haji Othman Mustapha said although practice of alternative healing or bomoh practices is allowed, but only if conducted in accordance with Islamic tenets.
