Sulu intruder gestured slitting the throat, court told

KOTA KINABALU: A Sulu intruder threatened to slit the neck of a police commando when they crossed paths at Kampung Tanduo several hours before shooting broke out on March 1 last year, the High Court was told.

Police VAT69 commando Insp Rosmadi Rosli said that when he and comrades came about 10m to 15m in plain view of seven Sulu intruders, one of them gestured slitting the throat while brandishing a parang.
