PETALING JAYA: The H1N1 virus flu is now more akin to a type of seasonal flu and is no longer regarded as a pandemic, says Health Ministry’s deputy director-general (public health) Datuk Dr Lokman Hakim Sulaiman.
“The World Health Organisation stopped monitoring the virus after 2010 as the signs of infection, risks, mobility and fatalities are similar to other seasonal influenza with known methods of prevention.
