KUALA LUMPUR: Sensitive industries like defence and oil and gas may be exempted from the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) 2012 but not the Government, said the Malaysian Bar.
Its president Christopher Leong said CIPAA's purpose would be defeated "by the Government not participating in certain classes of construction".
