Khalid Samad defends Selangor's under-spending ways

KUALA LUMPUR: PAS' Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad  (pic) has defended the Pakatan-led Selangor government for hoarding federal funds, saying that it was "better than over-spending".

Khalid said this when rebutting a statement by Datuk Noh Omar (BN-Tanjung Karang), who earlier rapped the state government for not spending the funds intended for maintenance of roads in the state.
