KOTA KINABALU: A group of recaptured juvenile delinquents who escaped from the Hendry Gurney reform school in interior Keningau on Oct 19 were ‘happy’ to be back in detention as they finally managed to fulfil their hunger with a decent meal.
Keningau district police chief Deputy Supt Robert Salisip said 11 out of the 14 escaped juveniles were very tired and hungry when police recaptured them.
