KUALA LUMPUR: Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) has set four main criteria to be eligible for a housing subsidy under the 1Malaysia People Friendly Home (RMR1M) programme.
Its president Datuk Dr Kamarul Rashdan Salleh outlined them as having a household income below RM3,000, ownership of land, married and not having owned a house in the past.
