Two company execs charged with cheating


KUALA LUMPUR: The chief executive officer of a retail network business company and its director were charged in the Sessions Court here with cheating a sales manager of RM150,000. Kopais Konsortium (M) Sdn Bhd CEO Mohd Syawaludin Siran, 37, and director Rosinah Ahad, 25, claimed trial to the charge before judge Mat Ghani Abdullah.

They were jointly charged with cheating Medicoptic Supplies Sdn Bhd sales manager Noorzita Baharudin, 47, by inducing her into believing that they could effect the sale of the 24-hour Station Rakyat convenience store at Plaza Usahawan Crystal Ville, Taman Danau Kota, Setapak here.
