KUALA LUMPUR: The organisers of the Malaysia XI and Barcelona friendly should have known about the atrocious condition of the pitch at the national stadium in Bukit Jalil and not have scheduled the match to be played there, said Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.

“They could have chosen a different venue much earlier, as was done for the Chelsea match recently.
