KUALA TERENGGANU: The sales of prison products nationwide is expected to increase to RM20mil this year from RM17mil last year, said Prisons Department director-general Datuk Seri Zulkifli Omar.
“The products include agricultural items, catfish, frozen food, Hari Raya delicacies, woven fabric, songket and furniture,” he said at a ceremony here to present achievement awards to 183 staff and officers from the department’s east zone yesterday.
