Dr Wee pays tribute to the country's workers on Labour Day


PETALING JAYA: Workers have always been the backbone of the country's development, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

"My greatest appreciation to all of them, who have played their individual roles for the betterment of the country," said Dr Wee in his Labour Day message on Facebook on Wednesday (May 1).

He said the theme 'Pekerja Kesuma Bangsa' reflects how important workers are in the development of a progressive and united society.

"Let us all continue to work for a brighter future for Malaysia. Happy holiday and have a wonderful Labour Day celebration," added the MCA president.
