Karpal slams party strongmen Ngeh and Teng for receiving titles

GEORGE TOWN: The gloves are off in this DAP fight with chairman Karpal Singh squaring off against two party strongmen over the issue of their acceptance of awards carrying the title of “Datuk” while still being active in politics.

Karpal has rebuked Perak DAP chief Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham and central executive committee member Datuk Teng Chang Khim for breaching the party's long-standing principal on receiving awards while serving as elected representatives.
