GEORGE TOWN: Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) introduced a tablet borrowing scheme for students visiting its libraries from Tuesday.
USM vice-chancellor, Prof Datuk Omar Osman said the speed of technological changes now made it necessary for the university to provide the latest tools to facilitate students in accessing the Internet and finding books they need in the libraries fast.
