Environmental Court cases to be heard from Monday


KUALA LUMPUR: The Environmental Court set up by the judiciary on Sept 3 will start operations on Monday.

Federal Court Chief Registrar Datuk Hashim Hamzah said environmental cases have to be concluded within six months of the date an accused is charged in court.
