Seven charged over death of toddler in exorcism ritual

BUTTERWORTH: Seven people, including the parents, were charged at a Sessions Court here with negligently causing the death of a toddler in Taman Bukit Minyak near Bukit Mertajam on Aug 5.

Chua Seng Ban and his three-month pregnant wife Lim She Lee, both aged 35, pleaded not guilty, along with five others, to causing the death of Chua Wan Zuen, aged two years and nine months, through a rash or negligent act.
