Insurance agent charged with cheating girlfriend of RM100,000

KUALA LUMPUR: An insurance agent pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court Monday to a charge of cheating his girlfriend of RM100,000 two months ago.

Mohd Mahadir Othman, 34, is charged with cheating the 30-year-old woman, who is a teacher at a private school, by deceiving her into banking-in RM100,000 into his account in CIMB Bank for investment purposes.
