PAS squads to dissuade Muslims youths from celebrating Valentine's Day

KUALA LUMPUR: PAS will continue to conduct outreach programmes to dissuade Muslim youths from celebrating Valentine's Day, which the Islamist party says is against Islamic teachings.

PAS Youth chief Nasrudin Hassan Tantawi said Monday that party officials will visit popular spots for lovebirds to persuade them to avoid behaviour that is against Islamic teachings.
