KUALA LUMPUR: Drug mules are willing to swallow up to 100 pellets of drugs that cost a mere US$20 (RM62) each in their attempt to smuggle the illegal substance into Malaysia.
As the drug mule becomes more experienced following each successful smuggling “assignment” through different countries and continents, he or she then “retires” and looks to recruit and train others to get involved in the trade.
