KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur High Court Wednesday dismissed an application by the Insolvency Department director-general to commit businessman Datuk Vinod Balachandra Sekhar to prison for failing to comply with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act.
The director-general filed the application on Aug 13 last year.
