KUALA LUMPUR: The father of eight-year-old Nurin Jazlin who was abducted and murdered a year ago, has filed a suit against the police and the Government over alleged negligence in allowing the post-mortem photographs of his daughter to be released online.
Jazimin Abdul Jalil, 34, also filed a defamation suit against the same defendants for portraying him as a person who may have borrowed money from "Ah Long" (loan shark) which resulted in her abduction.
