Ter’s defamation suit against former banker thrown out

KUALA LUMPUR: Corporate figure Tan Sri Dr Abdul Khalid Sahan who was said to be madly in love with former RTM newsreader Ter Ai Chin has managed to strike out a defamation suit that she had brought against him.

High Court judicial commissioner Azman Abdullah threw out Ter’s suit yesterday after hearing an appeal by the former chairman of Rating Agency Malaysia Bhd (RAM) in chambers.
