KUCHING: Pearlycia Brooke was crowned World Harvest Festival Queen 2008 at the pageant grand finals at the Sarawak Cultural Village near here on Saturday night.
A jubilant Pearlycia was named Miss Fair and Lovely. The 25-year-old lass also won two other subsidiary titles – Miss Best Traditional Costume and Miss SMS Voters.
