BUTTERWORTH: Some 3,000 people attended the Penang state-level Maulidur Rasul (Prophet's birthday) celebration at the Seberang Jaya expo site here Thursday morning.
The event was opened by Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas who was accompanied by his consort Toh Puan Majimor Shariff.
