IN the past four decades, over a million Malaysians have uprooted and migrated overseas and later taken up foreign citizenship, said Opposition Leader Lim Kit Siang (DAP – Ipoh Timur).
He said the decision to migrate was due to push rather than pull factors and in the process the country lost many good talents and human resources.
