PETALING JAYA: The reminder by Chief Justice Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim to judges who continue to behave “inappropriately” to leave the judiciary is timely, several retired judges said.
Retired Federal Court judge Tan Sri Azmi Kamaruddin supported Ahmad Fairuz’s statement, noting that during his time, judges were advised that good judges should use their discretion and not socialise “too much”.
