Cop: Acts could harm security

KUALA LUMPUR: The crowd at a demonstration in the city centre last May was ordered to disperse as their action and speech could have led to the endangering of security and the public, a Suhakam inquiry panel heard yesterday. 

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Kamal Pasha Jamal told the panel that they expected an illegal and unruly gathering because the issues were on the fuel price increases.
