KUANTAN: Police are trying to find out how a chlorine gas tank meant for water treatment ended up unsecured outside a house before being stolen by drug addicts.
One suspect has been arrested after he, too, was overcome by a gas leak in Kampung Galing Besar when the addicts punctured the tank because they wanted to sell it as scrap.
