KUALA LUMPUR: Owners of food outlets, particularly "mamak" stalls, have come under the spotlight of the Human Resource Ministry's enforcement officers for failing to provide insurance coverage to their foreign workers.
More than 2,000 such food outlets nationwide have been identified as non-compliant with the regulation.
