Tamil weekly Makkal Osai is now a daily

KUALA LUMPUR: Makkal Osai (the people's voice), which has been a Tamil weekly for the past 15 years, is now a daily since Thursday. 

The publication is an offshoot of the Tamil Osai newspaper, which was wound up following a management tussle in 1990.
