GUILTY VERDICT: (Nov 11) Former Rural Development Ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Abdul Aziz Muhamad was found guilty by a Sessions Court of cheating and abetment in criminal breach of trust involving RM11mil relating to a project for the hardcore poor. He is believed to be the first person who has held a post at that level to be found guilty of such offences in court.
