KUALA LUMPUR: The progress made by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar), which held its first convocation over the weekend, has impressed members of its International Advisory Council (IAC).
IAC chairman Prof Wang Gungwu said some universities gave a lot of attention to research and forgot that it was teaching that provided the best education to enable students to serve the society and country after graduation.
