DUNGUN: A 17-year-old student has been detained by the police for throwing a firecracker which exploded in the face of an SPM candidate, causing him to lose his left eye on Saturday.
State police chief Senior Asst Comm (I) Hussin Ismail said the youth was detained at his relative’s house in Kuala Krai, Kelantan, on Tuesday.
