A PILOT project by Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) based on the build-and-sell concept at Limbungan, Klebang in Malacca, has been abandoned since early this year, Utusan Malaysia reported.
After a visit to the site of the project, which involves the building of mostly low-cost town houses, the daily found it was like any other abandoned construction site.
