KUALA LUMPUR: Former Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik is the sole recipient of the Seri Setia Mahkota (SSM) award which carries the title ‘Tun’ conferred by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Syed Jamalullail in conjunction with his birthday today.
Dr Ling, 60, who is former MCA president and now chairman of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, heads the honours list of 2,032 recipients.
