IPOH: A 25-year-old man charged with cheating an estate worker by impersonating a policeman changed his plea a second time at the magistrate’s court.
Tan Sin Hui had pleaded guilty when charged on Nov 21 but claimed trial when the facts of the case were about to be read out to him on Dec 2.
