MALACCA: The Alor Gajah Municipal Council will charge PAS in court with illegally constructing a building for its party use in Kampung Pulau, Durian Tunggal.
State Housing and Local Government Committee chairman Datuk Wira Poh Ah Tiam told the state assembly yesterday that the building was built on agricultural land whose land status had yet to be converted.
