ALOR STAR: The Pilatus PC-7 crash in Kedah on Aug 12, which killed trainee pilot Lt Mai Elny Sefrina Jalaluddin, 22, was not due to aircraft failure or human factor, according to the findings of an investigation here.
The investigation board, appointed by the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), ruled that the incident in Changloon was due to training hazards.
