PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia will steer the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to be more forward-looking and action-oriented. 

As the current chairman of NAM and the incoming chairman of the OIC, Malaysia feels the two organisations must be proactive.
