KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Electronic Payment System (1997) Sdn Bhd (MEPS) announced that all automated teller machines (ATMs) will accept only chip-based Bankcards from Oct 1.
Since the launch of Bankcard in February, all local financial institutions have been aggressively conducting the card conversion exercise.
