IPOH: The “High Council” gangster group of Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman (STAR) here whose 20 members were expelled on Wednesday is believed to have extorted their juniors, besides breaking all school rules.
They played truant, smoked and left the school at midnight to play snooker and video games, said STAR Old Boys’ Association (STAROBA) president Datuk Ahmad Shafri Man.
