KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia and Singapore began yesterday the judicial process of resolving the issue of Pulau Batu Puteh at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.
“This followed the submission, by the co-agents of the governments of Malaysia and Singapore in The Hague, of the joint notification to the Registrar of the International Court of Justice of the dispute between Malaysia and Singapore concerning the sovereignty over Pulau Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge,” Wisma Putra said in a statement.
