ALOR STAR: The proposed laboratory for conducting studies on new diseases will be a P3 laboratory with enhanced bio-safety and high-security features, said Health Minister Datuk Chua Jui Meng.
He said the laboratory, which will be built in Sungai Buloh, would be the second P3 laboratory in the country after the Institute of Medical Research in Kuala Lumpur.
