JOHOR BARU: An Indonesian man was killed while trying to rescue two of his fellow construction workers who were cleaning a 6m-deep manhole at Pandan Hospital in Johor Baru yesterday.
Fire and Rescue Department operations officer Mohd Razam Taja Rahim said firemen arrived to find that the Indonesian had rescued one of his colleagues, a Malaysian, while the Vietnamese man was still trapped in the manhole.
