Based on last year's trend, September to January is the peak season for parcel deliveries at Pos Malaysia.
Everything has to be done in order to get the parcels delivered on time.
It's not just a job, it's a commitment - to make sure the package gets to where it is supposed to go safely.
Online shopping contributes to the increase of parcel deliveries especially in the last quarter of each year, mainly due to online sales promotion such as the recent 11.11 and 12.12.
There is a spike of parcel deliveries during the Christmas season, but Hari Raya Aidilfitri tops the parcel delivery count for festive seasons.
On average, Pos Malaysia handles around 350,000 parcels daily.
