> The fund includes scholarships and education loans.
> Students must have already been accepted for a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course in university, college, technical and vocational training centre or institute of higher learning in Malaysia or abroad, before applying for the fund.
> Applicants from needy families who excel in academics, and co-curricular activities, and who demonstrate good conduct will be prioritised.
> Those who have obtained scholarships or loans from other organisations are not eligible to apply.
