Peninsula College celebrates 21 magnificent years of tertiary education

Peninsula College offers programmes ranging from certificate, diploma, degree and master’s across various majors, such as logistics management, business studies, public administration, hotel management, and accountancy.
Its core principles emphasise students as capable individuals nurtured for the betterment of self, surroundings and society.
Beyond classroom learning, students are encouraged to organise activities and events that add value and contribute back to the community. The Student Councils and final year students champion these activities.
Its academic partner, University of Gloucestershire, UK provides students access to learning and ideas from a global perspective.
Peninsula College is steadfast in its mission of providing a far-reaching and holistic learning environment. With three stunning satellite campuses - City Campus in Klang, Lighthouse Campus in Shah Alam and Straits Quay Campus in Penang, it is anticipating its fourth The Ship Campus in Penang with the capacity to accommodate 5, 000 students. The Ship campus is expected to be completed in 2020.
Its ownership by PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd positions Peninsula College as a pioneer skills and education provider in South-East Asia with state-of-the-art corporate campuses in Selangor and Penang, Malaysia. This enable students’ learning to intersect with a real-life working environment - a platform to enhance their academic knowledge through hands-on exposure.
Students of Peninsula College are exposed to real-life work experience during the Jom! Bekerja Sambil Belajar (JBSB) Programme, which gives them the opportunity to work part-time at PKT Logistics Group’s warehouse, finance and human resources departments.
Students who take part in the programme are able to obtain hands-on practical industry experience that help bridge the gap between theory and practice while earning income in the process.
A total of RM1mil worth of scholarships will be given out by Yayasan PKT to eligible students. Students with exemplary SPM, O-Level and UEC examination results are encouraged to apply.
Successful recipients of the scholarship include Tan Sin Yee, who was offered a scholarship to complete her final year of BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management Studies at University of Gloucestershire, UK.
What’s more, there will be an early-bird waiver for new registration based on a first come, first served basis.
