HESS Exploration and Production Malaysia BV and the British Council have teamed up with the Kelantan State Education Department to promote English literacy skills to the community of Tok Bali, Kelantan.

The Tok Bali Literacy project is a year-long programme that aims to create a love for reading in English. The project was launched on May 17 for pupils from three schools in Tok Bali — SK Cherang Ruku,
